You use our
service to save you ringing around looking for accommodation. It will
save you time and money. For budget conscious travelers, we know which hotels
offer "Special rate" during off peak season. |

Do you charge booking fee? |
No. We do
not charge booking fee. We get our fee from the hotels for referring
them a booking. |

What if the hotel/establishment quoted me a lower
price? |
This scenario is
highly unlikely. Our participating establishments are of high
integrity. We are committed to bringing you the best reservation service
in cooperation with our participating establishments. In a very
unlikely case, that a hotel have quoted you a lower price, please tell
us so that we can investigate the matter. |

How about payment. |
We are a reservation service and as such we do not handle
payment. All payments are handled by the hotels/establishments
themselves. |

Do I need to pay in advance? |
No. Payment can be made upon check in. However,
there are few properties that would require full payment prior to arrival. |

How much deposit do I need to pay? |
Most establishments require from $100 - $500 deposit.
We will advice you upon booking. |

How do I pay the deposit? |
Simply provide your credit card details. The hotel/property will
charge your card for the deposit. Or you can send a cheque to the
property. |

How quickly can you confirm my
booking? |
Reservation request received during business hours are normally
confirmed within hours. |

Can I cancel my booking? Is there any
cancellation fee? |
Yes. We do not charge any cancellation fee. However,
most participating establishments charge cancellation fee depending on how
early you cancel the booking. |
